README for mod_babble V1.1

The mod_babble module is a test package primarily aimed at measuring
performance and throughput.  It will respond to requests with a
content body of the appropriate size, consisting of a replicated
pattern.

The content body is constructed at runtime, so the impact on the
server is different from that of a request for a static file.
However, since the response generation occurs entirely in memory,
no disk accesses are involved.
